The kitchen is well equipped and includes a full size oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron & ironing board, cool box and ice packs.
Lounge with air-conditioning & bed settee leading on to the private courtyard.
Satellite flat screen TV, CD & DVD player.
Double bedroom. All linen and towels provided. Plenty of comfy pillows & a fold out small adult/childs bed supplied.
Twin bedroom. Childrens cot and hightchairs can be supplied.
Bathroom with full size bath & powerfull shower. A Hairdryer is supplied.
1 0f 2 communal pools situated just behind the villa.
Large completely secluded courtyard for that all over tan.

La Marquesa Golf Course: The villa overlooks the fairways of the fine La Marquesa Golf Course - the club house is just a few metres away from the front door.
The 18th fairway with the villa being situated behind the bank of trees on the right.
The bars and resturants have views over the golf course.
The impressive archways provide a safe welcome to the Ciudad Quesada resort.
The water park, also on the Quesada complex, provides fun and enjoyment for all the family.
Local Beach (Guardamar): The clear warm sea, fine sand and dunes at Guardamar are a firm family favourite and just a short drive from the villa.
Guardamar Beach, long wide stretches of golden sand with promenade, bars & restaurants.
The mouth of the Segura river is a tranquil place ideal for walking and picnics.
