The front of the villa has ample parking and is well kept with a variety of plants & trees providing privacy.
The kitchen is well equipped and includes a full size oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron & ironing board, cool box and ice packs.
Light & airy lounge which leads on to the courtyard. The larger settee is a sofa bed.
Satellite TV, CD & DVD player. New flat screen TV.
Double bedroom. All linen and towels provided. Plenty of comfy pillows & a fold out small adult/childs bed supplied.
Twin bedroom. Childrens cot and hightchairs can be supplied.
Bathroom with full size bath & powerfull shower. A Hairdryer is supplied.

Local Beach (Guardamar): The clear warm sea, fine sand and dunes at Guardamar are a firm family favourite and just a short drive from the villa.
The mouth of the Segura river is a tranquil place ideal for walking and picnics.
