The rental price is for the villa per week.

Arrival and departure dates are flexible depending upon the dates you require and any other bookings.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.

The remainder is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason, we will refund you for everyday that we are able to re-let the villa.
