Terms & Conditions – The Important Stuff

Deposit

25% At the time of booking.

Balance Payment

60 Days prior to arrival.

Cancellation

We are no longer able to automatically refund if the Government advises against travel for any reason.

We will refund any monies paid for every day that we are able to re-let the villa.

We do not charge any admin fees.

Key Return/Damage Deposit

Will be returned within 48 hours of your return.

Please note we do not make any charges for what is considered a minor accident i.e. broken glasses, crockery etc.

House Rules

Only the guests named on the booking form are allowed to stay overnight unless by prior approval in writing.

Strickly no parties or events.

If either of the above house rules are broken you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be offered.

What’s Included

Cleaning prior to arrival and after departure for all bookings for 7 nights plus.

Water, electric and air-conditioning, Wifi and satellite TV.

Arrangement of Welcome Packs (guest will only be responsible for the actual cost of the groceries).

What’s Excluded

Personal insurance, travel, transportation or airport to villa transfers.

Cleaning is NOT included for bookings 6 nights or less. A fee of Euro 60 is payable in cash at the villa prior to departure.

Pets – Additional Euro 10 fee payable in cash at the villa prior to departure.

Conditions of Hire for Villa Rental – The Small Print

1. Contract of Hire

All bookings are accepted by the owners and are subject to these conditions, which are deemed to have been accepted in full by the hirer and all persons in the party on completion of the booking form.

In the event of cancellation, you may be liable for payment at full invoiced cost, which may be recoverable by you under your holiday insurance.

A refund up to the full amount paid will be refunded for everyday that the villa is re-booked.

2. What is Included

The villa rental includes: The cost of water, electricity, utensils and towels.

Please note: no items (except those stated in the itinerary) may be removed from the villa during your stay.

The hirer will only become responsible for excessive use of electricity should either the air conditioning or heating be left on while the villa is unoccupied.

3. What is not Included

The villa rental prices do not include any personal insurance, travel, transportation or airport to villa transport.

4. Damage to Villa

Except in the case of normal wear and tear the hirer will be responsible for making good any damage to the villa or its contents that has occurred due to negligence, wilful damage or irresponsible behaviour on the part of those occupying the villa or their guests.

Such damage must be reported, without delay, to our local representatives.

The cost of the repair or replacement must be agreed with and paid to the representatives or the owners.

A key return/damage deposit is held against damage to the property, furnishings or for very excessive cleaning requirements.

5. Hirer’s Responsibilities

The hirer is responsible for taking all reasonable care of the property and its contents.

Equipment, utensils, furniture etc. must be left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period.

6. Rights of Access

The representatives or their subcontractors have the right of access to the property at any time, with due regard to the convenience of the hirer, for the purpose of inspection of the property and to carry out any essential repair or maintenance work.

7. Responsibilities

Neither the owners or their local representatives can be held responsible for any circumstances beyond their control including, but not limited to, mechanical breakdown, failure of any public service supply.

The hirer responsible for booking, undertakes that no person will suffer anything to be done which would endanger the policy of the villa owner’s insurers in respect of the villa and its contents which might make the same void or void able.

8. Injury and Damage

Neither the owners or their local representatives take any liability for personal injury loss or damage to personal effects howsoever arising during the booking period.

9. Maximum Number of Persons

Under no circumstances may more than 5/6 persons occupy the villa.

The owners or their local representatives reserve the right to refuse admittance to the villa to the hirer and their party if they are in breach of this condition.

10. Information

All information supplied by the owners and their representatives is given in good faith and is based on information available at the time.

All reasonable measures have been taken to ensure the accuracy of any statement made, but the owners and their representatives are not liable for any variation however caused.

11. Occupancy

The villa will be available for occupation from 15.00 hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00 hrs on the day of departure, unless agreed by prior arrangement.

12. Directions, Access, Keys & Representatives Contact Details

Detailed instructions and directions to the villa will be sent immediately after receipt of the final payment.

13. Cancellation of Villa Hire

In the unlikely event that a villa becomes unavailable, due to circumstances beyond the control of the owner, the hirer will be offered a full refund.

Any refund is restricted to villa hire cost.
